1 Star Not worth it
This item does not work. I know people say, well you cannot fill it up to the line, but I tried many times, many different ways, and the product still leaked everywhere. I couldn’t even open it once because so much pressure had built up. It’s just not worth it.

The manual falls a little short but once you get the process down this item produces first-rate cappuccino. I put off getting one for a year or two and now wish I’d bought one when it first was made available in the US. Good value…

5 Stars The One & Only Stovetop Cappuccino Maker
I love this cappuccino maker. I purchased this one for my daughter & husband, since they love mine so much. I’ve used mine for a few years almost everyday when I don’t want to take time to use my pro machine. It’s easy to use, makes great cappuccino in a few minutes and is quick to clean up. Product support is outstanding – I received emails and phone calls to answer my questions! Also, replacement parts were quickly in the mail when a part was worn out. Unusual customer service from a great company and product. Highly recommended!

5 Stars So tasty and FUN!
This was such a quick, fun way to make a cappuccino. It comes with a DVD that gives you step by step instructions. The first couple tries I had espresso leaking all over my stove. I double-checked that gaskets to make sure I had no grounds on it before hand, so I was pretty sure it wasn’t that. I finally wondered if I was putting too many grounds in it. So the next time I put in 1/3 less. Sure enough – no leaking. I think some folks might make the mistake of thinking that you fill the grounds container full (like other automatic espresso/cappuccino machines.)

5 Stars Makes great drinks!
My wife got me one for my birthday a couple years ago and I LOVE this product! It makes great cappuccino, espresso and latte’s in about 2 minutes. You’ll read some reviews that say it leaks or takes a lot of finessing to get it right, but it’s super easy… you just make sure there are no coffee grounds in the rim when you put the part that contains the coffee onto the part that holds the water at first. I’ve had two electric cappuccino makers before and this one far surpasses both (and at half the price!)
