I love my hot chocolate, But this one is very weak, I have to add a little syrup to give it a more chocolate taste.

You have to use two of these cocoa’s. One you have to open and put in the cup while using another in the machine. This cocoa is very weak in taste and texture.

Mildly chocolate, nice aftertaste. Be sure to shake container well to loosen product. If result is week, open container and add unused powder to your cup.

1 Star 10x the cost of Swiss Miss packets for an inferior product and no real convenience factor!
Let me start this review by saying that I ***LOVE*** my Keurig machine! I can get a great cup of coffee, any strength, any brew, any boldness, any flavor, without brewing up a whole pot. It is a brilliant concept for coffee, which has always lent itself to either mass-brewing or pathetic “instant-coffee”.
Tea and cocoa, however, typically cost anywhere from $1-$4 per box of 20-30 bags/packets. Tea and cocoa are inherantly single-shot items to begin with, so the idea of paying $10-14 for a box of 24 tea or cocoa K-cups is ludicrous. It offers no real extra convenience and costs about ten times the price. It would be like buying a Kia Rio for $8,000 or a Daewoo Leganza for $80,000… they are both basically the same car, so why pay ten times more for one? It just makes no sense.
On a side note, I also have found that this cocoa is a bit watery at times and doesn’t even hold up to a packet of Swiss Miss and some hot water.

Weak and watery, waste o’ cash. Get whatever you usually buy (loose, packets) and use the Keurig machine for just the hot water — tasty, quick and convenient.

5 Stars LOve my Hot Shot!!!!
I received my first Hot Shot as a wedding gift over 25 years ago. I used it daily and it lasted for years. I recently purchased another one that I keep on my kitchen countertop. It still amazes me how quickly the water heats up. Soo practical and well worth the price. I LOve my Hot Shot and highly recommend it!

4 Stars Liked Old Model Better
This is my third hot shot in 15 years. I got it only because my daughter moved out and took our old one (one was at work, I retired and left it to my co-workers). It works great and all three still function. The first two were the older model white with a sturdy neck. The new black one is flimsy and bends. It is also very tight for a 16 ounce mug to fit under it. But just like the first two it heats water to the perfect temperature and very quickly. I would love to buy a new black or stainless steel one in the old model type. Pay attention Sunbeam.

Still using my first one of these for 18 years and decided to get another B4 this one does die.
I’ve gotten so dependent on it, it’s great, fast and convenient.
