5 Stars Finally a Vanilla with taste
I have been searching for a K-Cup Vanilla where you can really taste the Vanilla. I have finally found it with Emerils. I have tried Green Mountains Vanilla but found it bland at 7.25 oz serving. This fills the bill on my Keurig 40 @ 7.25. If you like the taste of Vanilla in your coffee this one is for you.

I love this coffee. It has a powerful vanilla flavor and a little more coffe punch than many of the other flavored coffees. I has become my favorite.

T-Fal OW5005002 Emerilware Bread-and-Baguette Maker This is my first bread machine so I searched all the reviews and couldn’t decide cause all of them had some negative reviews. I decided to give this one a try. I got this about 4 months ago and haven’t stopped making bread since! I have no negatives things to say about this machine. It does what it says it will do. I have made white, rye, whole grains breads, french, the baguettes and everything came out great.

I have had two other bread makers this is the best so far. The baggettes are so good, rye bread great.

4 Stars This machine makes delicious bread!!
I have made about 8 loafs of bread since I’ve had this bread machine. They have all been delicious. I love the delay start feature. The only thing I don’t like about the breadmaker is the warming cycle. I made a loaf 3 lb of french bread on the delay start so it would be ready in the morning. The machine went into the warm cycle which was completed when I woke up. The bread was very dark, and I had set the color for medium, and it was as hard as a rock, I went ahead and sent it as a gift hoping that it was moist and chewy on the inside. The report when they received the bread was that it was not etable. The inside was completely dried out and of course the outside was so hard they couldn’t tear it or hardly cut into it. I feel that the feature warm cycle should have been at a very low setting or completely left off. The bread was thrown in the trash. I was planning on buying a second machine but now I will look for another brand that makes the 3lb loaf and has a warming cycle that works correctly. Otherwise I am totally satisified with my T-fal. 4 Stars Good Machine, not perfect
All in all this is a really solid breadmaker – it is my first experience with using one, and it reliably makes a nice loaf, with good texture. It is easy to program and clean. The baguettes are great, really simple to make and start to finish in about 2 hrs! Things that are not perfect: doesn’t do a great job of incorporating things you add at the “beep” especially larger pieces like nuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds etc, – they tend to be more on the outside of the loaf and get a bit burned during cooking. Also, I have had mixed luck with recipes other than those included with the machine – I have found the best thing to do is alter the recipes in the book it comes with rather than use a completely different recipe. BTW, since this machine makes loafs 2, 2.5 or 3lb, it is hard to find recipes tailored for it – most cookbooks and online sources have recipes for 1.5 lb (can be doubled for a 3 lb loaf, but that is really big) Also, some of the recipes it includes are extremely butter heavy, with some calling for a stick of butter per loaf, yikes! Good news is that I have made some delicious bread just by altering the recipe for “sandwich bread.” I don’t love that it has the Emeril Logo placed so prominently, but that is minor compared to the machines overall good performance.

we bought this bread machine when the breadpan finally broke completely on our old breadman. there was no equivalent available to the breadman at the price we paid, so we started researching new models. our other t-fal appliance(s) are top quality so we decided to try this one.

we bought it at a retailer with a 20% coupon and great return policy, just in case it didn’t work out.

it was delivered last week, and so far i am very happy with our purchase. it seems more powerful than our old bread machine, the viewing window is large and there’s room for a 3 lb loaf.

the baguettes came out delicious and i am excited to try some of the other recipes that were included.
